About

I am a PhD candidate in the joint Law, Science and Technology programme (LAST-JD) of the University of Bologna (CIRSFID) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, funded by the China Scholarship Council. My doctoral research concerns space law and space data governance, with comparative reference to US and EU regimes. The programme is scheduled to complete in October 2026.

Before Bologna, I obtained an LLM in International Law / International Space Law at Xiangtan University, where my master's thesis on data protection in international scientific cooperation projects on China's Space Station was awarded Hunan Province Outstanding Master's Thesis (2025). I hold the China Legal Profession Qualification Certificate, Class A (2021).
